03 — Designer’s Dwelling
A 3,000-square-foot modern ranch residence featuring five bedrooms, generous living and dining spaces, and a thoughtfully designed connection between the interior and exterior. The home centers around an exceptional pool area, creating a seamless setting for outdoor living, relaxation, and entertaining.

Dennis is an Architectural Designer and the creative mind behind ARK Collective, a design platform focused on creating thoughtful, functional, and visually engaging spaces.
He graduated from SUNY Delhi in 2021, where he developed a strong foundation in architectural principles, design thinking, and technical skills. Since then, Dennis has gained experience through real-world projects, exploring how architecture can balance aesthetics, sustainability, functionality, and the everyday experience of the people who inhabit a space.
Through ARK Collective, Dennis brings together his passion for architecture, design, and creative problem-solving to develop ideas that are both intentional and inspiring.
